The Dazzling Golden Spin event has two sections, each with its own set of rewards. You need to complete in-game tasks to acquire tokens to spin the wheel. Both the regular and advanced draw have their own set of tasks and tokens, but with the same set of objectives.
Regular draw (Hanabi Golden Month skin)
For the regular draw, the wheel only gives points and a key for the advanced draw. Accumulate points to unlock various rewards like a lobby banner, avatar border, recall effect, and more. Earning 1,800 points rewards you with the grand prize, where you get to choose one of the two Hanabi Golden Month skins.
