This League of Legends team is a spicy mix of seasoned players and fresh pro competitors. The achievements of Karmine Corp in 2025 are already impressive!
The LoL community is generally used to seeing one specific team representing the League of Legends EMEA Championship (LEC) at international events. For a few years, it was G2 Esports. However, that’s not the case at the First Stand 2025 (FST 2025).
Karmine Corp defeated G2 in the grand final of the LEC Winter 2025 — they destroyed the opponents with a 3-0 score. The kings of the LEC fell: Rasmus "Caps" Borregaard was often killed by his former teammate Martin "Yike" Sundelin. That victory feels like the start of a new regional era. Can the new kings of the LEC prove their mettle at an even tougher tournament?
We’re continuing our introductions of the First Stand 2025 participants. This article is all about Karmine Corp — both as a LoL esports organization and through the players on its current roster.
LoL Karmine Corp: Rising to the top
As an esports organization, Karmine Corp was formed in May 2020 by the streamer Kamel "Kameto" Kebir is. Even the name was different back then: Kameto Corp. The current name was formed when Amine "Prime" Mekri joined as a co-owner.
The initial rosters played in the French regional league, and they reached the top 1–2 placements. Then, Karmine Corp participated in EMEA Masters, which is a higher-level league. Victories continued, including the top 1 in Spring 2022 and Summer 2023.
Karmine Corp advanced to the highest regional league, LEC, in 2024. The organization purchased the slot from Astralis. The first two Splits ended up not on the most positive note: KC players were 10th place. However, at LEC Summer 2024, the team managed to reach the top 4. That was the start of the team rising to the very top.
During LEC Winter 2025, Karmine Corp defeated the two strongest regional teams. They eliminated Fnatic in a very close lower final. And then, the players demolished G2 Esports. It’s quite a statement from Karmine Corp before the First Stand 2025!
LoL Karmine Corp at the First Stand 2025: The roster
The current roster of Karmine Corp was formed in 2024. Only Raphaël "Targamas" Crabbé has been playing for the team since May 2023. He is the most experienced competitor of this version of Karmine Corp. Caliste “Caliste” Henry-Hennebert is the youngest rookie who's been playing professionally only since October 2022.
In late 2024, Yike enriched Karmine Corp with his amazing experience, which includes a six-victory streak in regional Splits with G2. That streak stands at seven for him now.

Canna
Canna started his professional career in the most legendary LoL team ever, T1. The Korean player was a teammate with Lee "Faker" Sang-hyeok himself. With Canna as a top-laner, T1 won LCK Regional Finals 2021 and reached the top 3-4 at the 2021 World Championship.
Canna competed in two other Korean League of Legends teams after T1. With Nongshim RedForce, he reached the top 8 at both Splits of 2022. With Dplus KIA, Canna was 2nd at LCK Regional Finals 2023 — the team lost to Hanwha Life Esports in the grand final.
The player joined Karmine Corp in May 2024: Canna is an essential part of the team’s success.
The nickname of Canna is inspired by the anime character Kanna Kamui from Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid. Canna earned the unofficial title Royal Roader for winning the grand final of LCK 2020 Spring as a rookie player. He calls another player, Kim "Khan" Dong-ha, his role model.

Yike
Yike Sundelin joined the pro scene in 2019 in the Swedish/Nordic regional leagues. With Team Oplon and LDLC OL, he competed in the French league and EMEA Masters. And then, in 2022, Yike joined G2 Esports, so his career reached the current legendary stage.
Yike won his very first Split with G2 during LEC Winter 2023. After one placement in Spring of that year, the player celebrated victories in six consecutive EMEA splits. Maybe releasing Yike wasn’t such a good idea for G2, as the team lost their streak, and Yike still has it with Karmine Corp.
The guy has delivered two pentakills so far: in the regional Italian League and at LEC Winter 2024. Both these times, he played Lillia. Yike is a true legend of the European LoL esports scene.
Vladi
Vladimiros “Vladi” Kourtidis comes from Greece, and his starting pro experience was in the Greek regional league. Vladi also played in EMEA Masters. He won NLC Summer 2023 as well — a series in Northern Europe.
After joining Karmine Corp in 2024, Vladi played for their Blue team first. He won LFL Spring 2024, a French series, and was in the top 8 at EMEA Masters Spring 2024. Vladi was transferred to the main team in May 2024, so the guy is another key factor of the current achievements.
While playing in NLC, Vladi delivered a pentakill with Azir.
Vladi is the MVP of the LEC Winter 2025 Finals.
Caliste
Caliste is one of the youngest rookies on the pro scene. Caliste won LEC Winter 2025 when he was only 18, which makes him the youngest player ever to win an LEC event. He started playing in lower-tier leagues in 2021 and joined Karmine Corp in 2023 — for EMEA Masters and the regional French competition first. Caliste won both his starting events: LFL Summer 2023 and EMEA Masters Summer 2023.
LEC Winter 2025 was the first top-tier tournament for Caliste, and he played amazingly.
Caliste names garlic bread as his favorite food. He has a dog named Shloopy.
Targamas
Targamas is one of the most experienced players on the European League of Legends scene. He’s been competing professionally since 2016. However, Targamas entered LEC only in 2022 — and he won LEC Spring 2022 with G2 Esports.
As part of Karmine Corp, Targamas celebrated victories at LFL Spring 2021 and European Masters Spring 2021 and Summer 2021. He returned to the team in 2023 when KC still played in LFL and EMEA. He achieved two wins back then.
Reha, head coach of LoL Karmine Corp
Rehareha “Reha” Ramanana has been coaching Karmine Corp players since 2021, so he is the moving power for the team’s success. Reha earned some nice trophies with the team.
The first international LoL esports event of 2025 goes on from March 10 to March 16. Karmine Corp looks to be a decent team to represent the EMEA region at the First Stand! For all League of Legends news and updates, stick around on esports.gg.
