inZOI is in Early Access on PC through Steam, but can you ditch the mouse and keyboard with controller support?
The new life simulation game inZOI has a lot of gamers excited. It looks good, there is so much to do, and the developers have a roadmap full of updates and content. Of course, it is only on PC during Early Access, and that has players wondering if there is controller support for inZOI.
The short answer is no and we'll go into more detail below.

inZOI does not have controller support at Early Access launch on PC
You can plug a controller in all you want, but it won't change anything. You won't be able to make selections in the menu, create a character, or move the camera throughout your world. That is because there is no immediate controller support for inZOI.
The game is in Early Access on PC. That means it will receive frequent updates, but may be a buggy mess at times. You can only play it with your keyboard and mouse. Don't give up hope, as the game has plans to arrive on console at some point.
Whenever that happens, you can probably expect controller support for inZOI on PC, too. If you look at the roadmap, there is nothing that says they will add controller support during this Early Access period on PC.
It is unfortunate, but that's just how it goes. So, keep your fingers crossed they slip it in there somewhere or for the console versions to come out sooner rather than later.
Right now, you'll need to get a program to spoof your controller input to the keyboard and mouse input. That's a lot of work rather than just using mouse and keyboard for now. There isn't even a section in the game's settings to change keybinds, so it would be near useless.
