The Tepetlisaurus Hide-and-Seek quest is a new world quest that arrived with the new version of Genshin Impact. In 5.0, as soon as you reach Natlan, you will be able to do this quest without any previous requirements. To find it, you have to go up to the north side of Sulfurous Veins.

When you reach the location, you should talk to the first Tepetlisaurus of Natlan. It's the same one that you named. And then... it disappears?! You must now search for its location! If you ask around, then none of the other Tepetlisaurus seem to know where it is hiding. When you ask all of them, including the one that is playing on the ground, two exclamation signs appears on your screen. This indicates that you've found the missing Tepetlisaurus.
After discovering your little friend who's sleeping in the bushes, you must say goodbye to the Big Tepetlisaurus. Saying goodbye is never an easy task! However, you can now use your 20 Primogems on Mualani or Kazuha or save them for other characters. You're also now 26,500 Mora richer.
