Gifts and Gifts in Return is one of the newest world quests of Genshin Impact 5.0 Version. This quest has a peculiar element: it unlocks a new rest area. To find it and start the quest, you have to teleport to the southwest side of Tepeacac Rise. Flying there, you'll find the area at the end of the waterfall with three yellow pillars.

When you enter the resting area, you'll get the achievement called "Maybe This is a Good Place to Camp?" worth five Primogems. As you walk a little bit forward, you'll see your little friend Tepetlisaurus and the quest will start.
The rest area
The trio cleaned the place and found a lot of cool things, one of them being a yellow gem. You now have to teleport to the "Children of Echoes" location to look after a jewelry shop. When you reach the location, you must talk to Imix, a little girl. If you have already completed the Archon quest, then you must complete the Tepetli Dissonance Quest first: Act I and Act II. They're short quests so you can finish them quickly. Then, you can continue this quest.
Talking to Imix directs you to the Gem Master of Natlan, Kulahaw. But when your Tepetlisaurus is about to show the gem, it's not there. The Master says that the birds also stole his tools so now you have to bring back both of these items. You must transform into a Yumkasaurus to reach the missing objects.
After retrieving the tools and the gem, you go back to the Gem Master. He tells you to wait two days so he can work on the gem. After two days, talk to Imix again to store the gem in the rest area. Your quest is finished! Enjoy your 20 Primogems and your 26,500 Mora.
If you come back to the rest area, then you can see the yellow gem in the box next to your little friend!
