Ororon is a 4-star Electro Bow character. He was added as an NPC in Genshin Impact 5.1.

Glowing Mushroom location
As of Genshin Impact version 5.1, Glowing Mushroom cannot be collected.
You can click "Go to Collect" on the inventory to make tracking easier. The same option can be accessed by looking at the material requirements for Ororon in the Character menu.

Ororon also needs 18 Mirrors of Mushin, which is a drop from the Shouki no Kami, the Prodigal weekly boss. Alternatively, you can also convert Puppet Strings and Daka’s Bell into a Mirror of Mushin using a Dream Solvent.
