Withering Purpurbloom location
You can collect the Withering Purpurbloom in the Ochkanatlan area in Natlan. There is a total of 60 that refresh every 46 hours, meaning you need at least three resets assuming you are collecting most of them at a time.
If you have at least one in your inventory, you can click "Go to Collect" to make tracking easier. The same option can be accessed by looking at the material requirements for Mavuika in the Character menu.
