We’re getting a new character as Ifa is added to Genshin Impact? Where does Ifa’s kit place him among other healers? Find out here.

Ifa may be one of the last characters we see from Natlan for a while, so is he a good farewell to the region as Genshin Impact moves on? Check out Ifa's kit here, and see if you think he'll be a good healer.

You can see what materials Ifa needs here. If Ifa doesn't interest you as a character, you should go check out what Escoffier can do.

Ifa kit

Ifa is a 4-star Anemo Catalyst character from Natlan. He has a Nightsoul form corresponding to the Flower-Feather Clan.

Ifa's kit dictates that he is an on-field healer. However, his numbers may be too low, and he might require too much investment to compare even to other 4-star healers in the game. Bennett can breathe comfortably knowing nobody's stealing the spotlight from him anytime soon.

He is from the Tlalocan, or the Flower-Feather Clan. He is the second character from here, following Chasca. Just like her, Ifa's Nightsoul Blessing allows him to hover in the air. That might hold some value, especially if you want to do challenges in the area surrounding the Flower-Feather Clan and you don't have Chasca.

Ifa combat skills

He is an on-field healer, and his healing scales with Elemental Mastery. His Elemental Mastery pulls in nearby enemies and objects, like Venti and Kazuha.

Basic Attack - Rite of Dispelling Winds

This is a normal Catalyst basic attack, with a three-hit combo and deals Anemo DMG.

Elemental Skill - Airborne Disease Prevention

Ifa gains 80 Nightsoul Points and enters the Nightsoul's Blessing state. He will hover on his bird, Cacucu. Tapping or holding Basic Attack will fire projectiles that deal DMG and heal allies.

Holding the Elemental Skill button starts a Plunging Attack that can be stopped by letting go of the button.

At level 1, the healing from one projectile is 20.16% EM + 48.15, going up to 40.32% EM + 123.19 at level 12. He fires one slow projectile at a time. As you can tell, this is not a lot of healing.

Elemental Burst - Compound Sedation Field

Throw a projectile that explodes on impact and pulls in nearby objects and enemies, dealing Nightsoul-aligned AoE Anemo DMG.

If this hits an enemy affected by Hydro/Pyro/Cryo/Electro, it will mark them and deal an additional AoE DMG of the corresponding element after a short delay.

Ifa Passive Talents

Night Realm's Gift: Focused Emergency Rescue

This is the quick-swap mechanic available for all Natlan characters while in Natlan.

Field Medic's Vision

He increases the Swirl and Electro-Charged DMG dealt by all party members while he's in the Nightsoul's Blessing state. This effect gets stronger the more Nightsoul points there are in the party.

Mutual Aid Agreement

Ifa gains more EM when teammates use their Nightsoul Bursts.

Tactical Warm Compress Bandaging

When the active party member or indwelled saurian has less than 40% HP, Ifa consumes 10 Phlogiston and restores 40% HP. Only triggers in areas with Phlogiston mechanics.

Ifa Constellations

  1. Vitiferous Elixir's Concoction - Elemental Skill shots now occasionally restore Ifa's Energy.
  2. Guiding Spirit of Ballistic Players - Enhance the effects of Field Medic's Vision.
  3. Rebuttal in Negotiations With the Night - Increase Elemental Skill level and level cap.
  4. Decayed Vessel's Permutation - Elemental Burst wind current lasts longer, and Ifa will now gain Elemental Mastery after using it.
  5. Vow of Universal Coexistence - Increase Elemental Burst level and level cap.
  6. Oath on a Feathered Knot - Ifa has a 50% chance to fire an additional projectile when holding Normal Attack while in Nightsoul's Blessing state. He also consumes less Nightsoul and Phlogiston while out of combat.
