Here are all of the Ascension and Skill materials you need to raise Citlali in Genshin Impact. You can begin pre-farming a lot of these materials right now, too!
Citlali is a limited 5-star Cryo Bow character. She has had an important role in the Natlan Archon Quest, and only became more relevant once Ororon joined the fray. You can read more about her kit here.

Quencapa Berry Locations
You can collect Quencapa Berries in the Tequemecan Valley, Coatepec Mountain, and below the Scions of the Canopy in Natlan. There are only 43 in the map, so you would need 4 to 5 respawns (about 8-10 days) to collect everything for Citlali.
If you have at least one in your inventory, you can click "Go to Collect" to make tracking easier. The same option can be accessed by looking at the material requirements for Citlali in the Character menu.
Where to farm Talisman of the Enigmatic Land
As of Genshin Impact version 5.2, the Talisman of the Enigmatic Land is not pre-farmable.

Citlali also needs 18 Denial and Judgment, which is a drop from the The Knave weekly boss. Alternatively, you can also convert Fading Candles and Denial and Judgement into a Silken Feather using Dream Solvent.
