Gain access to Arrakis a little bit early in Dune: Awakening.
Dune: Awakening is one of the most exciting game releases of 2025, finally bringing the famed planet of Arrakis to the MMO genre of video games. Recently, the MMO had a closed beta test in preparation for its full release in June 2025. The beta attracted a slew of new players and enticed existing fans even more, setting Dune: Awakening up for an action-packed launch. While you can wait for the official release date, there's a way to gain some early access to Dune: Awakening.
To be specific, Dune: Awakening is not considered an "early access" title. Its launch in June will be the full game and feature content to reflect that. The early access we're talking about is getting to play the game before the official release date. You can see how to play Dune: Awakening early in the guide below.
Gaining early access to Dune: Awakening

Fortunately, getting early access to the new Dune MMO is as simple as paying some extra money.
The base edition of Dune: Awakening costs $50 and comes with the base game as well as some other in-game items if you decide to pre-order your copy. However, the base game launches on June 10, 2025, which is the official release date.
If you want up to five days of early access to Dune: Awakening, you need to pre-order either the Deluxe Edition or the Ultimate Edition. The Deluxe Edition costs $70 while the Ultimate Edition costs $90, and both get you five days of early access beginning on June 5, 2025. So, to summarize, pre-ordering the Deluxe or Ultimate Edition of Dune: Awakening means you can start playing on June 5 instead of June 10.
All of your progress you make during the five days of early access will roll over when the game is fully released. Naturally, this is a huge boon for hardcore fans, as you can make a ton of progress before the general public even has the game downloaded.
What's in the Deluxe and Ultimate Editions of Dune: Awakening?
Now that you know how to get early access, what exactly does your money get you if you want to go ahead and pre-order either the Deluxe or Ultimate Editions? While the early access is nice, is it worth the extra money you're paying?

Well, that's ultimately up to you, but the Deluxe and Ultimate Editions do offer some additional content alongside the early access. Here's what each edition gets you:
