Honkai: Star Rail is not only available on PC but also on Android and iOS devices. The minimum system requirements for the game are pretty manageable, but still worth knowing before you go for the install.
Honkai: Star Rail will be a fairly easy game to run. The fact that it needs to be playable on mobile devices means that it needs very limited computing power to play. Cross-progression is enabled between platforms which will allow you to play on the same account across both PC and mobile. Honkai Star Rail will also be released on Playstation 5 on October 11.
Honkai: Star Rail PC System Requirements
The PC system requirements for HSR are incredibly forgiving. They are more demanding than the mobile ones but that's down to extra quality textures and more work happening on the backend at one time.

Honkai Star Rail in version 1.3 is currently 20GB in size on PC.
The game size will increase as new areas and features are added. Downloading additional voice packs will increase the size of the game. (Chinese, Japanese and Korean Voice Packs are each between 2-3 GB extra)
