Fortnitemares 2024 is finally underway after a brief delay by Epic Games. The reception for this year's Halloween-themed event has been overwhelmingly positive, with players particularly enjoying the free rewards and the various skins that will launch soon. One such collaboration brought the Jigsaw killer's trusty mascot, "Billy the Puppet," to the game as a skin and a boss character. This guide explains where to find Billy in Fortnite and how to defeat him.
Where can I find Billy in Fortnite?
You can locate Billy in the Freaky Fields point of interest (POI), as marked on the map above, via Fortnite.GG. Once landing at this location, head into the main house, which you will find on the western side. After proceeding through the main door, you will see an old television set with the iconic Billy the Puppet on the screen.
Enter the small room, and after Billy asks you if you want to play a game or interact with the TV, you will witness the jumpscare of the century, at least from a Fortnite perspective. Now that you know where to find Billy in Fortnite, here are some strategies to defeat the mini-boss character.

Grabbing a weapon after entering this house would be wise because you may have some trouble defeating Billy otherwise. Once you interact with the TV and Billy spawns, he will attack you with a Pickaxe. However, fear not, as losing this battle would be incredibly difficult.
Billy has 500 HP but can only attack with a Pickaxe. So, if you have a ranged weapon, you can take him out quickly. After putting Billy down, you will complete one of the Fortnitemares 2024 quests, and he will drop the new Boom Billy item, a Flowberry Fizz, and a Shield Potion.
