How to search a Dill Bit Display Case in Fortnite

Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 2 just entered its second week. With that, a new list of Quests is now available to complete in exchange for XP. One of these challenges requires you to "search a Dill Bit Display Case" in a Fortnite match.

This guide explains everything you need to know and how to accomplish this task for a whopping 30,000 XP.

You can find Dill Bit Display Cases at any of the four Fortnite locations marked on the map above. For our journey, we went to Seaport City. Once you arrive at one of the four spots, you must head to one of the Vaults at these points of interest (POIs).

Now that you know where to find the Display Cases, we'll explain how to open the Vault to complete this Quest.

The video above outlines all the steps you must follow to search a Dill Bit Display Case. First, you must land at one of those four locations. Then, locate the Vault and obtain the newly-introduced Thermite explosive.

Next, head to the Vault and attach the Thermite to the Vault. You must now wait until the Thermite detonates, which will open the Vault. Finally, head into the Fortnite Vault and obtain a Dill Bit from one of the two Display Cases.

Once you obtain a Dill Bit, the Quest is complete and you will receive 30,000 XP toward your Chapter 6 Season 2 Battle Pass progression.
