How to get the Mythic MK-Alpha Assault Rifle in Fortnite

The return of the MK-Alpha Assault Rifle to Fortnite has had a lot of gamers excited over the past week. Now, the Battle Royale has added a Mythic version of the infamous weapon.

Here is how you can get the Mythic MK-Alpha Assault Rifle in Fortnite.

Finding the Mythic MK-Alpha Assault rifle is quite simple, but there is a challenge before acquiring the weapon. What? You thought Fortnite was going to hand it to you?

First, you have to head to the following location of the MK-Alpha Assault Rifle:

Once you've entered the POI, you will have to find the new boss Wildguard Relik and defeat him before being able to obtain the Mythic weapon.

Sounds somewhat easy, right? Wrong.

Wildguard Relik has a unique ability with his Mythic Cloak Gauntless, which allow him to teleport in and around your surroundings. Fighting him can be quite difficult compared to bosses in the past.

Fighting the new boss may seem overwhelming at first, but once you have a tactic down, it becomes quite simple. Finding a Kinetic Boomerang somewhere in the surrounding area will help with fighting him from afar.

You have no idea where the boss is going to end up next, so having the new Kinetic weapon to just throw around will help give you the advantage over Wildguard Relik.

Once defeated, the boss will drop the Mythic MK-Alpha Assault Rifle, allowing you to pick it up and head toward acquiring that Victory Royale.
