How does Fortnite Rocket Racing Ranked work?

Season Zero of Fortnite's new racing game mode is here. While some may delve into the casual aspect, the more advanced racers may want to dip their toes into the Rocket Racing Ranked mode. Those who have played Fortnite's Ranked Zero Build or Battle Royale should recognize the Rocket Racing setup. There are seven divisions, beginning with Bronze and ending with Unreal that you can progress through while playing Ranked. After concluding your first match, you will receive a rank depending on your performance.

Then, as you continue completing races, your rank will continue changing. Below, you will find a list of all ranks in the game mode:

Progression in the Rocket Racing Ranked mode is as simple as performing well in those races. The higher you place, the more ranking points you will earn. Those who excel will unlock more challenging tracks as you progress through Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond.

Season Zero signifies the launch of Rocket Racking Ranked. This trial period allows Epic Games to monitor the system and adjust as needed. Once Season Zero concludes, Season One will commence, and your rank will reset completely.

Although Rocket Racing is a Solo game mode, you can still queue in Ranked mode with friends. Players can join a Ranked match with a party of four, but remember that your opponents will match the highest-ranked player in your party. This means boosting your friends to a higher rank is not possible.

Unreal division is the pinnacle of Fortnite's ranked game mode, and the same applies to Rocket Racing. Those who grind through the various divisions and reach Unreal will appear on Fortnite's Global Leaderboard for Rocket Racing.
