What are Dill Bits in Fortnite, and how can players find them?
Forget Gold Bars (don't actually — because they are still in the game). Fortnite just introduced a brand-new currency called Dill Bits. What are Dill Bits, though? How do they work? And where can players find them? Here is everything you need to know about Dill Bits in Fortnite.

What are Dill Bits in Fortnite?
Dill Bits refers to Fortnite's newest form of currency. The new coins have joined the game with the start of Chapter 6 Season 2 and have become incredibly popular just one day into the new season.
The coins are considered to be more powerful than Gold Bars, meaning more players will be seeking them instead. They are supposed to resemble crypto and can be used to purchase Mythic and Legendary weapons across the island at Black Market stands.
The only issue, though, is that Dill Bits do not carry over from game to game. That means you will want to spend as much as possible during each match.

Where to find Dill Bits
Dill Bits are only in specific areas in Fortnite and are not scattered around the island like Gold Bars. This means players will need to be more strategic when trying to locate this new currency.
So, where can you find Dill Bits in Fortnite?

The coins are located inside all of the vaults on the island. This means you will have to blow up the door to a vault to find them. You can also grab some by defeating a player with them.
Remember that these do not carry over to the next game. However many you have will only last until you either are eliminated or get that Victory Royale. Spend them quickly and wisely.
