This tournament is the final opportunity for competitors to qualify for the $2 million FNCS Global Championship in September. Those watching from home can enjoy a more casual, competitive Fortnite tournament with the upcoming FNCS Cup. Participants in this competition can win the new FNCS Sparkplug Bundle or Kyra and Cosmic Infinity Bundles for free, and here's how.
Fortnite FNCS Cup Chapter 5 Season 3: Schedule, format, and scoring system
This Chapter 5 Season 3 Fortnite FNCS Cup is a Battle Royale Duos tournament on July 16 and 20. It's open to all players ranked Bronze and higher in Ranked Mode. Interested competitors can expect the usual three-hour session with a ten-game limit. The competition utilizes a system where your team earns points based on placement and eliminations.
Teams who finish atop their chosen server region on July 16 will unlock the FNCS Sparkplug Bundle for free before it arrives in the Item Shop. Participants who do the same on July 20 will receive the FNCS Kyra and Cosmic Infinity Bundles.

How to compete in the Sparkplug FNCS tournament
Those interested in competing in Fortnite FNCS Cup must meet the following requirements:
- Competitors must be at least 13 years old.
- You must have two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled on your account.
- Your Epic account must be level 15 or above.

The prize distribution varies depending on the region. Europe tops the list, with 1st through 1300th place receiving the FNCS Sparkplug Bundle. Others have less room for error, but there are still two chances to unlock free skins and other cosmetics. It's worth noting that the prize distribution outlined below applies to the tournaments on July 16 and 20.
