Unloved god roll and best perks in Destiny 2

For those seeking a new primary weapon that will serve them well in Destiny 2, look no further. Get yourself a god roll Unloved, and you may not even need another primary ever again!

Alright, it's not that good, but locking down a god roll Unloved is pretty important anywhere. Here's a list of traits we think you should hunt for in Destiny 2.

There are several PvE rolls you can lean into for Unloved. Easily the most popular first column trait is Dragonfly, with headshot kills causing the target to explode and damage nearby enemies. We can take advantage of Tear here: precision kills cause nearby targets to become Severed (deal less damage).

If you want to go all-in on Strand subclass building, throw Hatchling in column one and add fragments that combo well with Threadlings. I'm also partial to a Dragonfly and Paracausal Affinity roll — the latter perk grants bonuses to damage when using a matching Darkess subclass.

Since this is a heavy burst hand cannon, it benefits more from the Rapid Hit trait — as long as you hit heads. Three bursts, assuming all headshots, will grant the maximum reload speed bonus, which is then paired with Kill Clip granting extra damage.

The weapon is a little unwieldy in PvP due to its archetype, so if reload speed isn't a major issue, swap out Rapid Hit for Heating Up for more consistent follow-up shots.

Unloved drops from the Sundered Doctrine dungeon in Destiny 2. You'll need to clear the Riddle opening encounter or the Kerrev final encounter to get this hand cannon.

This weapon cannot be crafted. Once you've gotten your hands on the roll you want, you can enhance it to unlock upgraded versions of each perk.
