Episode: Heresy introduced a new perk to the pool in Rolling Storm, which helps charge up your Bolt Charge lightning strike. We're giving it a go here and partnering it with Stats For All. Hitting multiple enemies with the grenade's AoE will boost your Bolt Charge and activate Stats For All for that sweet handling and reload speed buff.
Feeding Frenzy fills a similar role so we're floating that as an option in the first column, while Elemental Honing is a decent pick if you're running different elements in your build. Other picks include Frenzy or the newly-upgraded Full Court.

Area denial frame grenade launchers aren't seen often in the Crucible, but they have their uses for objective game modes like Control. We're going with Eddy Current for the bonus to handling after sprinting, and we're pairing it with Unrelenting for a slight heal on kill.
Alternatively, throw on Harmony in the second column for a damage boost after using your primary weapon. Be sure to sprint out of combat when reloading to receive the Eddy Current benefit, and for maximum efficiency, try and become Amplified (Arc/Prismatic subclass).
How to get Psychopomp in Destiny 2
Psychopomp is part of the Episode: Heresy weapon pool, meaning it'll drop from Heresy activities. I picked up plenty of Psychopomps by running The Nether and clearing each ritual.
Focus your Tome of Want to increase the drop rate of Psychopomp. Use the Episodic Weapons and Crumbling Grenade Launchers Scriptures to increase your odds of getting one.
This weapon can't be crafted. If you want enhanced perks on your Psychopomp, you'll need to use Ascendant Alloys to enhance the weapon, then level it up.
