Guardian Games is back and there’s plenty of gear to unlock!
Wanting to ditch your tired old sparrow and pick up a Skimmer in Destiny 2? Most skimmers cost Silver (and thus, real money) but during Guardian Games events you can acquire a skimmer just by playing!
The Allstar Vector skimmer is available once again in Destiny 2, but you won't have long to get it. By default the Allstar Vector skimmer is available to all who progress through Guardian games, but to get your hands on a permanent copy of it, you'll need to complete two quests during Guardian Games: Best in Class and Drop In.
Here's what you have to do!
How to complete the Best in Class quest in Destiny 2

To complete the Best in Class quest, follow the steps below:
- Speak to Eva Levante and pick up your Guardian Games class item.
- Earn your first Medal by completing a Supremacy or Guardian Games playlist activity.
- You must equip a Guardian Games class item to earn medals!
- Speak to Eva again and pick up your Medallion Case.
- The case can store up to five of each tier of medal.
- Deposit your medallion in the Tower at the Guardian Games podium.
- Complete the Event Card challenge in your Guardian Games quest menu.
- Visit Zavala and Lord Shaxx and pick up the Shoot to Score and Vying for Supremacy quests.
- Return to Eva to complete the quest and acquire your first* Keraunios.

How to complete Drop In and unlock the skimmer in Destiny 2

Once you finish the Best in Class quest, Eva will offer you the Drop In quest. This quest has three objectives, but you only need one to finish it and get your hands on the Allstar Vector skimmer.
The All In quest steps are as follows:
- Earn a Medallion Score of 1,200 during Guardian Games 2025.
- Deposit higher-grade medallions for more score.
- Complete 10 unique Rushdown boss combinations.
- These combinations change daily, so you'll need to run Rushdown at least once a day for 10 days.
- Earn a top 10% score from Expert Rushdown in any week of Guardian Games.
- Scores increase based on number of deaths and how fast you kill each boss.
Once you complete any of the above tasks, the Allstar Vector skimmer will be yours! The first or second quest steps are the easiest as they simply take time. If you're a PvP savant, go for the 1,200 Medallion Score as you can earn medals via the Guardian Games Supremacy mode.
Remember: You've got until Guardian Games finishes to complete the final quest and get your Allstar Vector. If you don't finish the quest, you'll start all over next year, so get to it guardian!
