Alongside battles against Eramis and the Scorn, you’ll need to set aside some time for a little fieldwork in Destiny 2’s Episode: Revenant.

Saving Eliksni in Destiny 2's Episode: Revenant isn't enough. Eido has a few fieldwork tasks that need completing, too — and as you specialize in hitting the field, it's your job to help her out.

Along the way, you'll discover more about the episode's lore and story. Completing Fieldwork is necessary to progress through each Act. Here's how to access Eido's Fieldwork in Destiny 2, and how to unlock her additional tasks.

To open the Episode: Revenant Fieldwork menu, head to Eido in the Last City. Under the tab "Fieldwork Items," select the Act One Fieldwork menu, then choose the activity you wish to complete.

Many players are reporting a stuck help message asking you to open the Fieldwork menu. Ignore this; if you've picked up your fieldwork, head straight out and complete it and the message will disappear.

The Minor Fieldwork activities are quick and easy. Head to the location indicated and complete the sub-objectives. Most require you to eliminate targets and find an item — the location for the item is marked on your map.

Once you've found the item and completed the other objective, head back to the Last City and into Eido's lab and place the item on the shelf. Then, return to Eido and hand in the Fieldwork for a reward.

How to unlock more Fieldwork in Destiny 2

You can only unlock more Minor Fieldwork activities by discovering and crafting Tonics. After completing each Minor Fieldwork, you'll need three more Tonics unlocked, so be sure to run Episode: Revenant activities and gather plenty of ingredients so you can keep concocting tonics for your collection.

A Major Fieldwork activity unlocks for every two Minor Fieldwork activities completed. Again, these require Tonic unlocks — I suggest a visit to the Tonic Table after each activity. You don't have to use the tonics, you just need to craft them!

The Act One Key Fieldwork can only be done once the five Major Fieldwork activities are finished. This is repeated for Act Two and Act Three.
