Watching replays in Deadlock is simple and easy.

One of the easiest ways to improve your Deadlock game, or even begin to make Deadlock content for yourself, is by downloading and watching your match replays. This is a fairly easy process, although it is not immediately apparent how to navigate to this option in the game. So, here's a quick guide to doing so!

How to watch and download your Deadlock match replay

In order to download and watch your match replay in Deadlock, you'll need to follow a few simple steps:

  1. Boot up Deadlock and navigate to your profile in the top right of the main menu screen. Here, you can see your most played heroes, basic stats, as well as your recent matches.
  2. Click on "View all match history" to access the match history screen with more recent games and their results.
  3. Select the match you are interested in watching the replay for. This will take you to the same summary screen that displays at the end of the match.
  4. At the bottom right of this screen, you should see a button labeled "Download Replay." Select this and begin the download.
  5. Once you have downloaded the replay, you are all set to watch it, do a VOD review, and make whatever content you choose to from the replay!

You can see the screens that correlate with each step in this process in our screenshots below.

Once downloaded, these files should go to your recently downloaded folder — unless you have setting that will direct them elsewhere. File sizes will vary based on length of the game, but be aware that these may be large files.
