Tower of Frozen Waves

Hidden Deck: Peppermint Cookie and Sorbet Shark Cookie
Upon checking the Boss Rush Info for the Stage 6 boss named ???, you will see a line that says “Here, you might require the help of the tower Explorers.” This is a reference to the special episode A Mermaid's Tale. In that episode, the two tower explorers are Peppermint Cookie and Sorbet Shark Cookie as they climb the Tower of Frozen Waves.
Peak of Stillness

Hidden Deck: Dark Cacao Cookie and Mystic Flour Cookie
Stage 13’s hint is very easy to miss, as it is not found on the Boss Info. Instead, you can find it in the Boss Rush event info section itself. If you’re not into reading event mechanics, you really have no chance of knowing this hint.
The clue is in the Battle Rules section that says, “You will need the help of Cookies who have reached the Peak of Stillness for Stage 13.” This is in reference to the two new costumes for Dark Cacao Cookie and Mystic Flour Cookie, collectively named “At the Peak of Stillness.”
Sunny Island Boss

Hidden Deck: Beet Cookie, Espresso Cookie, Black Raisin Cookie, Strawberry Crepe Cookie, Pure Vanilla Cookie
Interestingly, the name of the Stage 18 boss is Sunny Island, even though it’s obvious that it’s a giant Strawberry Crepe Cookie. This clue is a reference to a feature I never took seriously, the Sunny Island. It’s a small patch of land where you can decorate to your liking.
Tap the small island with a face near the port of your main island. This will take you to your own Sunny Island. Check your logbook, and you will see the five cookies you need to use to activate the hidden deck on Stage 18 of CRK Boss Rush Season 3.
The two generals, the queen, and the “god”

Hidden Deck: Golden Cheese Cookie, Burning Spice Cookie, Nutmeg Tiger Cookie, Smoked Cheese Cookie
The Stage 22 Boss Info says, “A general whose mistake cannot be forgotten and his queen. A general who bows to her god’s immense power.” If you follow the story of Beast Yeast Chapter 5 to 6, you will know that they are referring to the story between Golden Cheese Cookie, the queen of the Golden Cheese Kingdom, and Burnt Spice Cookie, one of the ancient Beasts.
Smoked Cheese Cookie made a mistake of betraying Golden Cheese Cookie. The general thought their queen was not doing her job properly, and he was doing it for the greater good of cookiekind. Nutmeg Tiger Cookie, on the other hand, is a general who blindly follows her “god,” no matter what decisions he may make, even if it costs them greatly.
Silence and freedom, a tombkeeper and a judge

Hidden Deck: Silent Salt Cookie, White Lily Cookie, Charcoal Cookie, Pastry Cookie
Similar to Stage 22, the CRK Boss Rush Season 3 Info for Stage 27 gives a clue for its hidden deck. It says “Silence and Freedom, a tombkeeper, and a judge.” The clue is referring to the four main characters in Beast Yeast Chapter 11.
The first one mentioned is Silent Salt Cookie, self-explanatory. The next hint is “Freedom,” which refers to White Lily Cookie. She is the one who knows the reason for all cookies’ existence and is looking for a way to free all of the cookies from being eaten by the witches who made them. Her gacha event is also called Light of Freedom.
The next hint refers to Charcoal Cookie as the tombkeeper, as the story mentions him. The judge refers to Pastry Cookie, who wields the crossbow named the Fork of Judgement.
