Clock management can become a major priority when you are up late in the game trying to protect a precious one-possession lead. However, you wouldn't believe how easy it is to enable the chew clock feature in College Football 25, making it that much easier, and quicker, to run out the clock in the closing moments of those tight games. Here's our guide on how to do it.

How to chew clock in College Football 25

In order to chew the clock in College Football 25, you will need to do a few simple steps while in-game:

  1. Be in a game on the play selection screen
  2. Click the right joystick (this should be the same for both Xbox and PlayStation) to access the Coach Adjustments menu screen
  3. Find the first slider on that menu called Tempo Adjustment
  4. Toggle over to the Chew Clock option
  5. Back out of that menu and call a play, time will automatically be taken off of the clock down to 10 seconds on the play clock

You can also adjust other aspects of the game like going no-huddle, blocking styles, telling your RB's to avoid fumbles, and so on. At certain points in the game, this is a great screen to check in on to ensure your team is as optimized as possible.

How to end the game in victory formation in CFB 25

Once you have successfully eaten through enough clock and your opponent is out of timeouts, it's time to enter the victory formation and close out the win. To do this, simply choose the QB Kneel play, which the coach will typically suggest, and the remainder of the clock will automatically be run off. It's as simple as that!
