How to change your Prestige icon in Black Ops 7

Few things set Call of Duty apart from other shooters than the Prestige System. This provides an added incentive to continue grinding levels. In more recent titles, including Black Ops 7, the developers have added a Prestige Master rank, where you can use a Prestige icon from any game dating back to Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare.

Although you may be a while from reaching this level, it's worth learning how you can pick whichever Prestige icon you desire to flex on everyone in your lobbies.

The first step in changing your icon is to reach the max level by completing all 10 Prestiges. Once you have arrived at that point, you can begin choosing whichever icon you desire to an extent. The only caveat is that you must continue leveling in Black Ops 7 to change to the classic Prestige icons.

For example, if you'd like to change your icon to the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 first Prestige, you have to reach level 100 after reaching Prestige Master. You have to continue this process through 900 levels to obtain all classic Call of Duty Prestige icons.

After you have spent hundreds of hours in Black Ops 7 to reach Prestige Master and completed the first 100 levels, here are the instructions to change your icon.

You will then see the menu we provided in the previous section, where you can scroll through the various Prestige icons from past Call of Duty games in Black Ops 7. Then, you have over 200 icons to choose from, provided you have reached the appropriate level.
