The ACR returns to COD in the form of the MCW in the MW3 beta.

The MCW currently stands as the best Assault Rifle in the MW3 beta. While it is not the ACR by name, most long time COD fans will be able to recognize the iconic design of this legendary rifle. And we are here to provide you with a list of attachments that are sure to provide with the means to lock down positions on the battlefield with the MCW in MW3.

Best attachments to use on the MCW in the MW3 beta

Here is our recommendations for the best attachments to use on the MCW Assault Rifle in MW3. Keep in mind that this is an entirely subjective list. If you find any other attachments that you prefer to use on the weapon, then don't let us get in your way. So, with that being said, lets jump right into things.

Attachments:

  • Barrel: 16.5 MCW Cyclone Long Barrel
  • Muzzle: L4R Flash Hider
  • Underbarrel: Kimura RYN-03 Vertical Grip
  • Optic: Slate Reflector
  • Rear Grip: RB Talon-X3 Grip

Assault Rifles are designed to give you an advantage in mid-range gun battles and the MCW is no exception. The attachments listed above tap into that particular strength without hindering your movement too much in-game.

With the Cyclone Long Barrel and the Kimura grip you will be able to hold down areas of a map with ease. They will affect your Tac-Stance and hip-fire abilities a little bit. But, that is a given seeing as it is an AR and not an SMG.

The L4R Flash Hider and Talon Grip will also enhance your ability to dominate long-range engagements while also enabling you to snap quickly between targets. And though the weapon doesn't require the use of an Optic, we thought it might make things a little easier to include one anyways.

And there you have it. Our recommendations for the best attachments to use on the MCW in the MW3 beta. What do you think of the weapon? Do you think there are better attachments to use on the gun?
