The first assault rifle you unlock in Black Ops 7 is an absolute laser beam.
Before you even hop into a match of Call of Duty: Black Ops 7, you have the M15 Mod 0 assault rifle unlocked. While you have to wait until level four to access the loadouts menu, the M15 Mod 0 will be one of your go-to weapons for your first 20 or more levels in multiplayer. During this time, you'll rank up the assault rifle, unlocking new attachments that you can equip. However, instead of equipping a random set of attachments, you want to ensure you're using the best possible loadout for the M15 Mod 0.

Best loadout for the M15 Mod 0 in Black Ops 7
By default in Black Ops 7, the M15 Mod 0 has very little recoil, solid damage, and a terrific fire rate. For its loadout, we're going to keep it simple and boost the most important stats for an assault rifle. Of course, you'll also see some mobility attachments so you can combat those pesky SMGs and shotguns in close range.
Here's our recommended loadout for the M15 Mod 0:
- Muzzle: RL-5.56 Brake
- Barrel: 16.5" Fusion Barrel
- Rear Grip: Hexcut Grip
- Stock: Telescopic Stock
- Fire Mods: Buffer Spring
The M15 Mod 0 is one of the best all-around ARs in Black Ops 7, and this loadout just makes it even stronger. It has virtually no recoil, great damage range, and some added mobility thanks to the Hexcut Grip and the Telescopic Stock. You could equip an optic or the Gunfighter Wildcard if you wanted, but we feel this M15 Mod 0 is great as is.
