Since the Season 2 update in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, the KSV submachine has emerged as one of the best close-range options in Ranked Play. The competitive loadout for the KSV only utilizes five attachments so you can equip the Perk Greed wildcard. The KSV really doesn't need the extra attachments you get with the Gunfighter wildcard, as it's accurate and lethal if you use it correctly.

This is a pretty standard loadout for an SMG in Ranked Play, but that's solely because it works so well in close-range situations. The loadout begins with the basic Compensator and Reinforced Barrel combination, which improves vertical recoil control, damage range, and bullet velocity.

Up next, we have the Ranger Foregrip to add some horizontal recoil control along with extra mobility. The Recoil Springs increase both vertical and horizontal recoil control to give you the most accurate KSV possible for Ranked Play. Rounding out the loadout is the Ergonomic Grip to improve mobility across the board.
