The top assault rifle in Warzone has a fantastic loadout.
The early stages of a new Call of Duty: Warzone integration are all about figuring out which new weapons deserve to be in the meta. With the new Black Ops 6 weapons available in battle royale, many players didn't know what gun to try out first. After some testing, though, it became clear that the GPR 91 assault rifle was easily one of, if not the best guns in Warzone.
The GPR 91 is a high fire rate, low recoil assault rifle that doesn't have the best damage profile in multiplayer. However, Warzone is a different story, as the GPR 91 shreds enemies at all ranges. To see the best loadout of attachments for the GPR 91, take a look below.
How to unlock the GPR 91 in Warzone
Like most other Black Ops 6 guns, the GPR 91 is tied to a level requirement. After you meet this level requirement, you unlock it during your current prestige. Once you prestige again, though, you'll have to meet the level requirement again unless you use a Prestige Token on the GPR 91.
You need to reach level 28 in Warzone to unlock the GPR 91. This can be bypassed by purchasing or unlocking a blueprint for the GPR 91 through the store or Battle Pass, however. If you have a blueprint, the GPR 91 becomes unlocked permanently, regardless of your level.

Attachments for the best GPR 91 loadout in Warzone
With the GPR 91 now unlocked, you can now equip it on a loadout to use in a match of battle royale. Below, we'll list the current meta attachments for the GPR 91 so you have the best possible version of the AR:
- Optic: Willis 3x
- Muzzle: Compensator
- Barrel: Reinforced Barrel
- Underbarrel: Vertical Foregrip
- Magazine: Extended Mag II
If you want to use the Gunfighter wildcard, here are three extra attachments to use on the loadout:
- Rear Grip: Commando Grip
- Stock: Balanced Stock
- Fire Mods: Recoil Springs
With this loadout for the GPR 91, there's not a gunfight or situation where you won't have an advantage. While the GPR 91 is best suited for longer range gunfights, its high fire rate makes it a threat against SMGs at close range as well.
Our loadout utilizes the Willis 3x optic, which is terrific for those longer range fights. However, if you want to use the GPR 91 closer to enemies, a 2x scope will likely work better. The rest of the loadout features standard attachments except for the Extended Mag II.
With the GPR's high fire rate, you blow through bullets rather quickly, hence the need for the larger magazine. If you want some extra mobility without using Gunfighter, though, you can swap the Extended Mag II out for the Commando Grip.
That does it for the best GPR 91 loadout in Warzone. If you're planning to use Overkill with the loadout, we highly recommend pairing the GPR with the Jackal PDW, which is the strongest SMG in Warzone.
