The FFAR has returned to Warzone with a fantastic new loadout.

Any player who is a multi-year veteran of Call of Duty: Warzone likely remembers the FFAR 1 from the Black Ops Cold War days. While it's been a long time since then, the FFAR 1 has made a triumphant return to Warzone with the Season 4 update in Black Ops 6. It remains to be seen whether the FFAR will be as dominant in Season 4 as it was in 2021, but one thing is for sure and that's the assault rifle has a fantastic loadout in Warzone once again.

In the guide below, you can see the best attachments for the FFAR in Warzone.

Best loadout for the FFAR in Warzone

The FFAR has immediately become a meta weapon in Warzone following the Season 4 update, as it's easily one of the best long-range options. The AR has very little recoil, strong damage range, and decent mobility that allows it to excel in just about any situation on the map. Of course, to get the most out of the FFAR in Warzone, you'll want to use some specific attachments on the Season 4 weapon after you unlock it in battle royale.

You can see our recommended loadout for the FFAR in Warzone below:

  • Optic: Kepler Microflex
  • Muzzle: Compensator
  • Magazine: Extended Mag II
  • Underbarrel: Vertical Foregrip
  • Rear Grip: Ergonomic Grip

This is an extremely well-balanced and versatile loadout for the FFAR that allows you some real flexibility in Warzone. To kick things off, we are using the Keplex Microflex optic, which has been the most popular choice for the AR since it was released. You could also opt for another optic if you prefer, though.

Following the optic, we have the Compensator and Vertical Foregrip to mostly eliminate any vertical and horizontal recoil from the FFAR. You still might see the gun kick up a little if you're not fully controlling it while shooting, however. Rounding out the loadout is the Extended Mag II to give the FFAR 60 bullets in each magazine and the Ergonomic Grip for all of your mobility needs.

That does it for the FFAR loadout in Warzone. You might want to check out our other loadout guide for the FFAR in Black Ops 6 if you plan to play multiplayer as well.
