Best Cypher 901 loadout in Warzone

The Season 2 update in Call of Duty: Warzone introduced three new weapons into the fold. Arguably, the most popular of the three out of the gate has been the Cypher 901 assault rifle. Featuring terrific accuracy and fire rate, the Cypher 901 has become a go-to sniper support gun for players as well as a decent primary weapon. However, regardless of how you're using the Cypher 901 in Warzone, it needs a decent loadout to keep up with the other meta guns on the field.

Fortunately, we've played enough with the Cypher 901 to know its weaknesses and strengths and have put together the best overall loadout for it.

For our Cypher 901 loadout, we mainly designed it to be a sniper support weapon. This means it slots into the secondary slot of your loadout while you rock a sniper or other longer range gun in the primary slot. Using the Cypher 901 in this fashion allows you to take advantage of its great fire rate and accuracy without having to worry about its noticeable damage drop-off at long ranges.

As you won't be dealing with too many long range gunfights, we've opted for the Kepler Microflex optic over some of the more standard 2x or 3x scopes. This gives you extra mobility for those closer range encounters.

Following up the optic is the Compensator for added vertical recoil control and the Reinforced Barrel to improve damage range and bullet velocity. Then, the Extended Mag II is in place to double the default size of the Cypher 901's standard magazine, which is highly important given the gun's high fire rate.

Rounding out the loadout is the Commando Grip, increasing both aim down sights speed and sprint-to-fire speed.
